If I am right, then it is similar to Israel. It is very hot over there. Houses are built to dissipate the heat? It works when it is hot and when it is...cold. The house doesn't keep any warmth in it, so if it is +8 outside, it is maybe 2-3 degrees more inside? Without heating you
do feel it. Electrical heaters help, as do air-conditions but they are very expensive to run because you gotta run them all the time because the house doesn't hold the warm air...portable radiators with oil inside are a little bit better but...
