You need to Fix these in 2 places (and 2 metadata edit sessions)
1) enter the Author names separated by the ampersand. save
2) open the tag editor to the author(s) name(s). Right click, 'Edit sort for...' fix
2b) repeat for othe authors as needed,
3) Edit the metadata for the book (again), click the Author sort button. save
