I am totally lost with your question, but I'm not the most knowledgable in this area. I would check out the main forum listing and choose a forum that might be the best place to ask your question. Not everyone who should will see it in the intro forum.

I guess I should ask if you're downloaded something like Adobe Digital Editions? You'll need a program to open and read those files..
