Elonex 621 eb...HELP!
Hi I got an Elonex 621eb eink reader for Christmas and after using it for a very short time it has completely frozen on start up, I have tried the reset (on the back of the unit) and I have also tried the firmware update to no avail.
My pc still recognises the unit and its files via dgital editions
and Elonex is showing up in the C drive but the reader is totally frozen.
Can anyone help please
