Yes, you would have to apply in person at one of the participating libraries in the South Jersey group. It looks like Atlantic City, Mays Landing and perhaps Somers Point are the libraries closest to Ocean County. If you visit the casino on occasion, a side trip will do it. Make sure the South group has more of what you are looking to read.
