I think this is a good afternoon for a cup of Pu-erh! Think I'll go fix it now.

BTW, I got a prompt reply back from Davidson's about whether or not the Spiced Rooibos I ordered contains any sugar. It does not -- she said the sweetness comes from the cassia oil/cinnamon oil. I just did a google search on cassia oil since I'm not familiar with it. Apparently it's very good for you...
