I just had the exact same problem with the "declined" transaction. That wasn't so bad because sometimes stuff happens. I filled out the online form and three days later get an email telling me to check the FAQ and call their number if I have any questions.
Seriously.
So after waiting on hold for 45 minutes I came here to complain about it. It's not a huge inconvenience because I can just buy my books at the sony store, but I think people who are thinking of getting a NOOKcolor should know that tech support will not be available if they need it.
