Sausages are good! Gluten-free sausages are best.. I miss fancy sausages like bratwurst though - they tend to be hard to get in gluten-free variety.

That's funny because after I went shopping last night, at BJ's wholesale club no less, I bought a 4lb pack of Italian sausage. When I got home, I noticed I already had the same 4lb pack of Italian sausage in my freezer. What am I going to do with all of this Italian sausage???
