Must agree to wongdong, when shutdown, it only shows four shades of grey.
Tried to use some own pictures as Logos by using Irfanview and a Guide from Ulli from the German Forum, bit the Result was less thes satisfactory (only 2 Bit).

Also tried to add my name and adress to the book3 logo from marty63 (as a shutdown logo in case I lose the reader), but received a format error,maybe he can publish which picture program he uses and the settings for adapting photos.

Ok,this part now works after resampling the colour shades.
