My favorite is the Kindle 3 with the lighted case and that is what I do most of my reading on.
The Sony pocket is more compact and fits nicely into my purse so sometimes I load a couple of books on travel with it during the day - like when I had to take a kid up to college orientation etc.
The iPhone is emergency - I got stuck somewhere I wasn't planning on so I might as well read.
I hardly ever use the iPADs, those are mostly DH and the kids.
