I have a Sony and a Kindle, so for the most part it depends on which format the ebook is in - epub or mobi. If I got the book directly from amazon then obviously the Kindle. I also have an iTouch but I don't like to read full novels on it so I usually save that for short story or novella size books. If I have an ebook in both epub and mobi then my preference at the moment (which I admit reluctantly) is the Kindle as it has some features I prefer while reading, especially if its a book for review.
