Basically it comes down to functional for me what each is 'best' for or setup for.
I'm still using my PDA for .lit books I have/had and my IQ for everything else, all things being equal the PDA would be my choice for traveling and reading but that is rarely an option for me.
I plan to migrate more or less everything over to my IQ as I was never really organized on the PDA and the IQ has more of a 'future' with other reading programs and support.
