Use Bluefire Reader. It is free for the iPad/iTouch/iPhone and works better than the Overdrive App. Much easier to use. You can also email those .acsm files from your Overdrive download to your iPad email account and then add them to Bluefire. Make sure to authorize Bluefire Reader first to work with Adobe Digital Editions.
