1. After breakfast - something calm, soothing, cinnanom-ish, that can be sipped all morning. Rooibos?

2. After lunch desert tea - weather permitting I take a walk after my sandwich - and like a cuppa when I return to my desk.

3. Afternoon pick-me-up -- I crash energy wise around 3:00 -- when I usually resort to the Earl Grey. Other suggestions? Maybe something flavored here so I don't start snacking before dinner? Time to try the Earl Grey creme?

4. Night time sipping with books & cats. Already have the Lapsang Souchong for this. Others to complement single malt night caps?

My experiences so far with tea have been Earl Grey, Irish breakfast tea, camomile [all Twinings tea bag or CS tea bag varieties], and my bold excursion into the Lapsang!

hmmm kind of tipsy here...

I get 85% of my teas from Tea Gschwendner so that is where I am likely to recommend from. I like flavored tea but I prefer a more subtle flavor. I find most of Teavana's flavored teas are too heavy handed for my liking.

OK Red teas are something you might have to play with. Tea Gschwendner sells a Red Tea called Jungle Fire that sounds like it is up your ally. They also sell a Ginger Rooibos that I love. Teavana's Haught Chocolate is a Chocolate Red that you might like.

In the afternoon I tend to like Greens or Black teas. I Really like TG's Arabian Nights (A green black mix) and Anna's, a black tea with raspberry. I like their Sencha and Bancha and Genmaicha for the green teas.
