I am too new to the proper tea drinking to advise you. Also, I am completely opposite to you in a sense that I don't drink flavoured teas.

1. Rooibos is caffeine free, basically not a tea at all but a tisane. So your choice is the right one. Rooibos with dozens extra flavours.
Anytime you want to drink caffeine free tea, you could try another tisane

2. I would dare to suggest Pu-Erh aged/shu, not the green one, but people say it is an acquired taste. The best after meal tea I have discovered.

Assam BPS CL Mangalam
It is a very strong tea. Like somebody takes a hammer and hits you on the back of your head, but tenderly with a very pleasant taste

This particular Assam is unlike any other Assam I tried.
There is another one,
roasted mate. I think
Mate is one of the pick-me-up teas, but in a form of tisane
