no reasonable person ever expected apple to support flash on their iOS devices and furthermore they have always stated that they will NOT support it EVER.
i spent $400 on my DXG and I have (had) a reasonable expectation that the firmware would be upgraded to at least be in line with K3.

like someone else here said, I don't know what you are defending...
abandoning customers (high-end ones at that) that just bought DXG's?
