That's not true!!!
You've sent me a pocketbook 603 with the 2.0.3 firmware and there was no link to the 2.0.4 and no information about any firmware update. there was no Firmware update in the english section in your site (just one for IQ) only in the german section. I spent 3 days trying to coneect to my local Wifi, without adobe reader, having a lot of undesired reboots and lot of bugs, until I realized talking to other customers that I have to find the new firmware, you could be more comunicative with your clients because you also didn't send me any notification about all the delivery delays from october (when I payed my device) to december.
