They are also filled with trolls who haven't RTFM. I've never had trouble with customer service and I've had a Nook replaced as well as having the purchase price of a free book removed. I imagine they are still swamped. My biggest fault with B&N is that they understimate the success of thier device and therefore understaff and underprepare for things like this.

As to the books, I picked up the courtroom and law enforcement ones. Its always amusing to me to see how non-fic views my profession.
