Toggle full screen - F11
Beginning of current chapter - home
End of chapter - End
Beginning of book - ctrl-home
End of book - crtl-end

There is a place to configure shortcuts in the configure ebook viewer area. Submit an enhancement request to get Increase font size, decrease font size, toggle full screen, etc as entries that can be configured.
