But with just three weekly measurements, you can tell nothing. You could get any results between no change at all, or a loss of 4lb.

Makes sense (at least after I converted all your measurements to kilogram

) ! Now that I'm back on a diet, I might try the daily weighing. I just have to make sure I don't become obsessed with my weight
I remember gaining some weight when I started dieting a couple of years ago, and although my dietitian had warned me about this I was completely devastated. So I just hope gaining weight one day and then losing it the next won't affect my mood too much.
