My dietitian strongly advised against this as well. She told me there are too many factors that can cause your weight to fluctuate. Have you ever tried to stand on a scale before and after you've been to the toilet ? You'd be amazed how many weight you can lose instantly that way
But I do it anyway. Well, not every day. But a couple of times a week at least.
