Geographic restrictions are generally set by the publisher, so it won't matter which store you try, if the book you want has not been released for sale in your country you will not able to get it easily. I believe most online stores use your IP address to determine your location - certainly Kobo and Amazon do. It is possible to use a VPN or other means to trick the store into believing that you are in the US.
