At least they are not those horrible migraine moving thingys. I went to a book review site where most of the avatars and signatures had moving gifs in them. There is/was a member here with one. I found it so disturbing that I couldn't read the reveiws.
I know there is probably a way of stopping them, being lazy I just don't go there.
