I think I should go back to bed. Seven days until the start of the new school term and I realized, "Hey, I don't have an email from the bookstore". So I find the link to it in an older email, and order the books, only to be confronted with the news that my school has gone to ebooks, and I need to download something called Vital Source software and then it will download my books for me. Great.... except it only downloaded one book. It wasn't until I was on the phone with EdMap customer service that I see in HUGE capital letters the word "EBOOK" beside only ONE of the titles... boy do I feel like an idiot. At least the woman on the phone got a kick out of it, and called me "delightful".... Funny, I don't FEEL very delightful about now. Maybe this should have gone into vent and rant...
