Calibre started freezing when I would try do add books. I upgraded and still no luck. I uninstalled and downgraded, then uninstalled and upgraded again with no luck. the add file window pops up and just sits there doing nothing.

If I run calibre from the command line with "calibre-debug -g" it does work alright and I can't in my ignorance dicern any problems showing up in the output which I am adding here.

That at least gets it to work even though I would like to run it from the icon.
Does anyone have any idea as to what is wrong or what I need to get this to run proper.
