the nook forums at B&N are filled with problems and reports of ghastly customer service (or lack thereof). Not to mention computer systems overwhelmed; some are waiting up to five days for their book purchases to complete, so they can download them (B&N blames their credit card companies, which might be true in some cases, but not all). And the reports of charges for free books from before this promo are there and for this promo are there and on my blog, plus here.
