OK, one store their wifi network is SO WEAK it didn't work in their cafe and so when I went to get the cookie the coupon disappeared from my nook. Lady at the nook desk said she'd take care of it but I had run out of time and didn't want to deal with it.
The other store, I walked in and just showed my nook to the guy at the nook desk without even waking it up and he gave me the chocolates.
I'm partial to that second store
