Had to try The only other nightflyer I remember is "The Night Flier" a short story by Stephen King - but no spacecraft or 10th planet in that.

You may want to take a look at this Wikipedia page about fictional planets of the solar system. Down in the "Trans-Neptunian planets" section there's a dozen books listed that you may want to look through.
