I'm very sorry to hear that you're having problems, and I know that it must be very disappointing and upsetting for you, especially at Christmas.
In fairness to Bookeen, though, it's probably not fair to judge the performance of the company by what's going on in clearing the initial order backlog, which is what's going on right now. I'm sure that once a steady stream of product is arriving and orders are going out, they'll have more time to answer e-mails, and so on.
I know it's no comfort to you, but you can see from the other messages on this forum that your experience is not typical, and that the overwhelming majority of people are receiving their machines pretty much when Bookeen said they would.
Please do stick with it and give Bookeen a chance to sort things out for you. I promise you it
is worth waiting for. Speaking as a former Sony owner, I find the Gen3 to be much better than the Sony.
