I have never had a problem with getting charged for a free book from B&N before, until today.

I selected several of the Kaplan freebies, (yes I did double check their price first). Just caught a glimpse of one of the "thank you" screens and it listed the price as "31.64". So I went and checked my orders and sure enough I was charged $31.64.

An email and 2 phone calls later, nothing is resolved. It sounds like their system is overwhelmed. Even telling them the order number and exact time the order was placed, along with all my personal info, didn't help. The answer, "Call back in 48 hours".

Sorry for the rant, but I'm not too happy right about now.
