One sticky - one thread like what we are already doing in the forum, but here there would not be the same limitations (length, quoting, etc)
Two stickys - as above, but one would be as above, the other to discuss books we've finished (I think)
Subforum - a section of the forum for all challenge-related posts. Each member would have their own thread. The first post in each thread would be the list as they progress, and others can post on that thread to discuss the books.
