I tried the two pages with the
minimo webbrowser and attached some screenshots.
The first page is quite readable, although you have a horizontal scroll bar on the first page.
The second page's title is looking good too, but it was a bit tricky to open the full texts, but it worked in the end. Once the full text window is open you can even save the article as a PDF to your filesystem.
