Wow... I'm speechless... well, almost, anyway. I noticed in one of the author's that I have friended on facebook's comments (I know, bad grammar...) that Aaron Elkins is on Facebook. I sent him a friend request and got a personal message back. This is somewhat on par for me with receiving a letter from the Queen of England...
I have read and enjoyed his books for years, he is one of the authors my mother got me hooked on way back when (ok, so 1982...).
