I haven't done this in a while so this is from memory:
1. You can put audio files into subfolders (audio/author/books/chapters).
2. Will only play mp3. This means that when you borrow audio books from the library, you will have to convert to mp3 (after removing the drm).
3. I can't remember whether you can bookmark audiobooks because I gave up on the mp3 feature within a few minutes.
Since there are no speakers, you have to listen to audio books with headphones (not very comfortable because you can't really move around. The jetbook is too big to put into your pocket). I suggest using your normal mp3 player for audiobooks.
