GB, eReader e-books are transferable, unlike it is not the case with some other DRM-formats such as Mobipocket. All you'd need to do is to reenter your Credit Card information again.
Keep in mind though that eReader Pro requires a new license, i.e. you would have to pay another $9.95 for the PocketPC reader (if you want the PRO version that is).
