Just a recommendation to all to check if you are entitled to a FREE e-book copy of your newspaper if you are a home subscriber. I get the Houston Chronicle at home and am a user of their online chron.com site. As a result, I can download a Kindle electronic version of the daily newspaper for FREE each day, directly to the Kindle via the Kindle web browser through the internet. I can also download it via PC on the internet and then transfer with USB to the Kindle. The Chronicle makes several versions available.

Note that the Houston Chronicle is also available as a Kindle subscription. Rather than paying Amazon to subscribe, I get a free copy from the newspaper itself as a subscriber. I don't know if other newspapers around the world do the same thing or not, but it is worth checking.
