Damn you've given me a craving for Spam! It must be about 30 years since I've had any. Maybe not with salmon though eeek the though of that gives me the eebie jeebies.

I used to be the world's worst cook - at uni I lived on pot noodles, grapefruit and toast. I didn't have a clue about anything domestic - I even used to wash my clothes in the bath there because the washing machines were just too complicated to work out!

Luckily I married a man who loves washing and ironing. Sadly he couldn't cook either so I bought a load of Delia Smith books and 10 years later I'm an ok cook - I had to learn as we can't afford the luxury of regular takeaways or eating out.
