Smile audiobook functionality on PB/PBL

OK, i meant JB and JBL - sorry for my mistype! I was previously looking at the Pocketbooks before moving on over to the JetBooks...

I know, i know... "you are getting an ereader to read, not listen" ... however my "reading" pleasure is both visual and audio so i like both formats for different times (i listen to audiobooks while i knit or do housework). so please bear with me, and any info you can provide is so greatly appreciated.

I know JB has an "mp3 player" but that is all the info they offer on the manual/internet, so a few questions for you expert users out there:

1. does the file management let you make subfolders in your music/audiobook folders so that you can put all of one audiobook (i.e., 10 files) in one folder instead of having all your music/audio in one lumped together folder.

2. What is the mp3 player? Does it read anything else like a wma?

3. Does the mp3 player "bookmark" the audiobook so you can restart where you left off?

i have decided i don't need color, i want a better screen than that. i have decided i don't need wifi or 3g, as i buy/borrow in advance anyway. i just need a good ereader that will let me borrow BOTH ebooks and audiobooks from the library... and i know all the DRM issues, so lets not bring that up here as it just confuses the matter even more...
