I love my cast iron tea stuff.

I am trying to convince the Hubby that we should bring in an interior decorator to help us with our house. We both are minimalists that would like a little more done but have no real idea how to do it. He loves bonsai plants, I like tea, so I was thinking Japanese theme. Clean lines, contemporary look, bonsai, and tea. Then I can get more cast iron tea pots.

(whistles innocently)

I use it all, really, I do.

The only Republic of Tea products I have used are their tea. I find it to be a bit over infused with flavor and not enough tea flavor. Based on what I know about coffee, this is probably an indication that they do not have the best quality tea and the infusion level is meant to hide the quality of tea. This is why many flavored teas use over roasted coffee beans, to hide the bad flavor of the coffee bean.
