Here's a way to track your package online, without the tracking number:
1) Go to
www.fedex.com and select your country
2) Click "Track Shipments" beside the window for tracking numbers
3) On the next page, click "Alternate Reference" under "You can also track using"
4) On the next page, ignore account number, and enter the following in the Reference box (where XXXX is your 4-digit order number from Bookeen):
XXXX - CYBOOK
5) Put in your destination country and postal code in the appropriate boxes
6) click Track !
