Thanks. I just called FedEx and my package is also scheduled for Monday delivery, and it has cleared customs. Unfortunately since they (Bookeen) have not answered my emails, and I didn't get a FedEx tracking number email, I sent a order cancellation email to Bookeen this morning. I now will send a cancellation of the cancellation email. So much trouble could have been avoided if they would just respond to emails and keep their customers informed by sending shipping information directly and not relying in FedEx.
