I signed up on the 31st for my free 14-day trial (from the date you start the trial, not the date you register) didn't get the download today (3rd). When I checked online, it said 31st, 1st, 2nd delivered; next expected delivery 1/4/2011???

Edited to add: when I looked at the customer reviews for the NYT subscription, this seems to be a common problem!
