I just cooked homemade chicken and biscuits  My house smells delicious! One of my goals this year is to cook at least one homemade meal a week. I also baked some peanut butter cookies, but I cheated on those - used a bag mix. I had some mix stashed away and I need to use up the eggs I bought for this recipe. I don't like eggs, so I can't make an omelet. Plans for the 6 other eggs: Puffy Carrot Casserole (2), homemade pancakes (1), brownies (1), ??(1), ?? (1). |
