The "no pages" thing has been a tough transition for me too. I'm glad for the fact that I no longer have to read books that weigh a pound or more, but I kind of miss that aspect. I don't think I actually realized that till this morning.

I know some Kindle owners don't like the progress display at the bottom of the screen, but I like it because it's the only visual feedback I have as to how far I am and how far I have to go.
