yeah thats the fact - it should be the decision of the facilities owner to allow smoking inside or not - if it's allowed and the non-smokers don't like it they are free to go elsewhere. That 'd be fair. since the decision in favour of non-smokers is pressed upon outside to everybody it is unfair treatment - well let them continue and lose customers.
I quit visiting movie theaters (among other locations) for years just because of that. now I wait for the DVDs to appear, and watch them at home.
