I have rechargeable AAs and charger. I have used rechargeable batteries for 25 years, LOL and learned at a young age that they saved a lot of money in a walkman and boombox. I also have Calibre for Linux installed. I also have a 2GB SD card sitting around. I will look at the links as well. I just checked my local library website to see if they provide ebooks for checkout and free reading, and they do. I installed the Adobe stuff and made it work in Linux via Wine. I went to the Overdrive site that they listed and on their site this was listed: Adobe EPUB & PDF eBooks are incompatible with these devices…

* AmazonŽ Kindle
* Amazon Kindle DX

Knowing that my Jetbook is similar to the Aluratek device, does this mean I can not use library ebooks on my new device?
