Use a USA address, thats what I am doing. Your credit card address remains the same.

5) Oh, and by the way, I have a $50 dollar gift card I can't use! They have my money and they won't allow me to use it.
They really need to get their act together. Follow through on what they say and fix this situation. They are alienating customers by doing this.
