Hi Everyone,

I'm new to MobileRead forums. I joined mainly to get into the Calibre forums, but I see many other topics that I'm interested in, so I look forward to interacting with everyone.

I have a doctorate in Strategic Leadership and my interests are in the areas of organizational learning, organization development, and leadership. I also have a Masters in Theology and was a missionary in Argentina for many years.
