I FINALLY talked my son into upgrading his PRS-505 for a PRS-350. The PRS-505 was functional but the side page-turn keys and 8 key no longer worked.

So we took it to the Sony store...but since the sale is over and I couldn't talk them into going back to the sale price, I just took the $75 gift card and told them I would wait.
