Zatan, maybe you've done this correctly, but the Duokan boot screen takes a minute or so to appear. It appears after progress bar in the Kindle boy-under-tree screen reaches about 20%. Then it is only there for a few seconds. Pushing Q (or 1 in the case of Kindle 2) will do nothing before you see the Duokan boot screen in Chinese.

If it still isn't working, I'd delete the DK_System folder, and copy it over again, along with the right .bat update file. Make sure you aren't using the uninstall.bat files!
